Seller comments:Wonderful neighborhood with larger yards and quiet setting, close to schools and park. A lot of new features with good quality materials, some (i.e. the windows) top of the line. Every attempt has been made when upgrading to try and make the house seem unmanufactured like.
Fence built in late summer 2003. New Dishwasher in spring of 2004, new quality linoleum installed late summer of 2004 in kitchen and side entry. New light fixtures in the dinning room and kitchen were put in at this time. The PBT (grey colored) piping which had many problems in manufactured houses was torn out and replaced with Zurn brand PEX plumbing (as seen on This Old House) in summer of 2004. Almost all plumbing fixtures replaced with quality Delta, American Standard, or Moen products. All carpets are newer than late winter/early spring of 2005. Replacement windows were put in in late fall of 2005 with the top of the line Uniframe windows (uniframewindow.com). These windows are rated well past enery star; in addition we added tempered glass to the bottom sash so we did not have to worry about our son breaking the glass with his rough play and chucking of toys. These windows come with a transferable lifetime warranty that includes glass breakage, seals, etc. Unfortunately for us the furnace and fridge both went out in January of 2006 (so much for the tax return) and were replaced with new units. The custom sized patio door and the kitchen window (only non-uniframe window) were replaced in late spring/early summer of 2007 with quality CertainTeed brand products. In addition all rooms have new paint since we moved in--most less that 2 years old.
