Our training is the most comprehensive in the industry.

Professional Standards: Our standards for performance are for the benefit of our clients and they are set apart from some in the industry. Our policy is to have the highest of standards.  Honesty and integrity must always come first.

Financing Power: Our sales associates maintain a day-to-day contact with preferred lending institutions in their business area. This helps our buyers find the best possible financing.

Prequalified Buyers: At Housekeyz Real Estate, we work to protect buyers and sellers by obtaining pre-qualifying information on all potential buyers. This service helps buyers know if they might be qualified to purchase a new home and it helps sellers know if their purchaser may be qualified to purchase a home.  Everyone's time is of so much value and this pre-qualification ensures that none of that precious time is lost.

Inventory Knowledge: In order to be successful in working with buyers, our goal is to maintain a large inventory of vacant land, previously owned, and new homes for sale. Our associates are always aware of all the available properties within their market.  We consistently are aware of any new listings through surrounding companies, so as not to miss any chances of finding your perfect home.  We live here, we know our market.

It's About You:  We know it's not about how many properties we sold this year or how many millions of dollars sold last year.  Don't get us wrong, our accomplishments and hard work are worth boasting about...but not to you.  What's important to you is YOUR property being sold at top dollar in the least amount of time possible.  It's important we knew just what YOU were looking for when we were searching for YOUR new home.  It's important we were helpful and knowledgeable whenever YOU had a question before, during, and after the sale.  We know it's important we give the same excellent service that you trust we will give to those YOU refer to us.  It's our greatest compliment we can receive and will not let YOU down.  We know what's important...It's About YOU!!

Words from a client

Selling my house was made so much easier when Tonya Braeutigan came into my life. I was determined to sell my house on my own, even though many realtors were eager for that job. Luckily, I listened to Tonya and after a lengthy discussion, she said, "You dont have to worry any more. I will do it for you." That was the clincher statement and she didn't let me down.

Selling my house was not only a challenge but a nightmare in many ways. There were unique problems that made us feel as if we were on a rollercoaster ride, but Tonya remained professional from beginning to end.

Tonya offered suggestions on ways to make improvements and became a part of my life. I was always appraised of the times perspective buyers would be viewing the house and given immediate feedback.

Tonya exudes with professionalism and experience in problem solving. While her demeanor is low-keyed, it is forceful. Because of this, I did stop worrying and left it in her capable hands.

I have since recommended Tonya to anyone who is selling or even thinking of selling their house. Her honesty and integrity makes her an asset to her profession.  Nancy F.
